If you have the option to get your parcels delivered anywhere else, even if it’s a 15 min walk further, please do.
Will save you time and stress.

During the week, the staff that work there are fine and nice. On the weekend (Saturday - today April 4 to be specific) there’s one guy that is never nice to deal with. Today, he grabbed all my parcels and threw them in the postal bag - no scans, nothing. If I wanted to not have a receipt, I would’ve shoved everything in a post box. When I asked for a receipt, he said letters are not scannable (they all have a barcode mind you and half of them tracked) and I’d have to go to the the sorting center to get them scanned. When I confronted him that this is not my first time and obviously letters can be scanned cause I always do it, he says there’s “no point” in scanning so many (20 letters). And I said obviously these are sales so it may not be important to him but it’s important to me, he changes his tune AGAIN and says it’s cause he’s the only person in the shop and doesn’t wanna spend “30 minutes” scanning. Mind you, I’ve sent a bigger amount of letters during the week when this guy is not working and scanning doesn’t take more than 2 minutes. Got snappy with me once he realised I’m not some dumb person who doesn’t understand the system.
Staff during the week are kind and accommodating - this guy is NOT. I understand being in a bad mood, I understand feeling lazy, but I’ll never understand the blatant rudeness and lies and he showed. Never again!

Unreliable. Been turned away 3 times and told to come back from here trying to return parcels. Better to try another post office in the first instance and dont waste your time

Very bad customer service
The shop keeper told me I have to come back at 2 o’clock every time I have a parcel to collect from theirs
In another occasion I came to send a letter and the guy who works there told me that I need to go another post office and when I went to the other post office I told them I have been told to come here ( from Munster road post office ) they told me that I can send it from there initially
So he sent me in purpose all the way just because he doesn’t want to do his job !! Less work for him
Not going to use them again ! shame!!

Came into the store to mail a package. They took the package gave me the price and then they told me I had to wait for several shop customers that came in after me. They don’t prioritise by order of arrival. They do whatever they want. Unfriendly and disrespectful service. Fortunately there is a post office across the street.
